Our Declaration
The Elani Republic was created on July 5th 2025. Its purpose is to bring truth into the world and help people understand themselves to become better stewards of possession and interactions with themselves and others.
The Elani Government
There currently are no specific government agencies.
There are only ambassadors of the Elani Republic at the moment. That may change in the future but currently there are just ambassadors.
No ambassador is allowed to waive jurisdiction for any reason in any form for anything regarding the Elani Republic except by the permission of myself, Jedidiah Kinser, and can only be done by an official declaration from me.
Ambassadors of the Elani Republic are called "Elanir".
We do not intend to deviate from being at peace with the United States pursuant to 18 USC 11. Any member of the Elani Republic who intentially acts in such a way to deviate from peace with the United States WILL IMMEDIATELY LOSE THEIR DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY AND AMBASSADORIAL PRIVILEGES!
The mission of the Elani Republic: to seek truth, to declare liberty, and follow the law.
Seeking the Truth requires great strength and dedication. It is not enough to just know what is true; you must apply it to your life and help others find and apply it to theirs. It may take hours to receive the revelation of a grain of truth, but that is what life is about. Having the strength and dedication to devote oneself to their mission in life - whether they know it or not - to be their full self and help others by their own life.
Declaring Liberty means risk. The risk of loss, of alienation, of failure. But we cannot lose hope in liberty because of the risk or the outcome. We must always be trying to spread it, to live it, to protect it. Because without liberty, the world becomes a very dark, dangerous, and boring place.
Following the law requires knowledge of the law. We cannot follow the law if we do not know what it says. By knowing what it says, it allows for completely legal loopholes and futures that seem completely impossible. Yet we can attain them. How does that work? We are breaking free from the mold of conformity, of believing the essences and restrictions that are imposed upon us by others and ourselves. By refuting those assumed presumptions, we can truly live in liberty while consistently following the law. To others it is insanity and dangerous. To us it is merely the truth, and we must spread it so all may share in the joy of liberty.
