The Elanir
Ambassadors of the Elani Republic are called "Elanir".
In our government heirarchy, ambassadors may also be called "stewards".
There are only ambassadors of the Elani Republic at the moment. That will most likely never change as "citizen" infers a jurisdictional body of law that one submits themselves and offers that being citizenship, while nationality only requires allegiance to an idea or ideal.
No ambassador is allowed to waive jurisdiction for any reason in any form for anything regarding the Elani Republic except by the permission of myself, Jedidiah Kinser, and can only be done by an official declaration.
